The other aircraft visible are LTV A-7E Corsair IIs of Attack Squadron VA-27 "Royal Maces" and VA-97 "Warhawks". All squadrons were assigned to Carrier Air Wing 15 (CVW-15) aboard Carl Vinson during the RIMPAC '86 exercise.
