[9:41]24This is an authentic combat mission filmed from an A-7E Corsair II carrier based attack aircraft deployed aboard the USS Enterprise. This was filmed with Super 8 movie film and edited with very basic technology in 1971.The sound track was added in 1972. The narration was accurate at the time, but is no longer, of course. It was later converted to VHS and then to DVD. It was recently edited to under 10 minutes. I apologize for the quality. It was filmed from June to December in 1971. It is dedicated to the officers and men of Attack Squadron 27, and those who served aboard the USS Enterprise. By former Mace Driver Steve Russell
